@TeedOff, in spite of what some people think, Roku doesn't automatically install anything, so something else is going on.  If you have a Youtube button on your remote, it could be responsible.  I don't know if they advertise on Roku screensavers, but that's also an often cause of unwanted apps being installed (never press Play/Pause when a screensaver is active).  Finally, all Roku devices linked to the same account will have the same installed apps, so if you have multiple devices linked to your account and someone installs Youtube on one device, it will show up on the others.  Use the email address that's displayed on your device under Settings->System->About to log in at https://my.roku.com and check if there's any unrecognized devices linked to that account.
