Hello,
The Plex app on my TCL Roku TV has become extremely slow since the update.
TCL model: 65S533-CA
Hardware ID: A116X
Software version: 12.5.0 – build 4165.88
Device ID: S05HY08UA1NJ
Today I did not listen to my advice. I updated the Roku and it broke the Plex on my Ultra. My other Roku 3 is working as always but the Ultra with the new 12.5 is extremely slow on Plex. We see that you're seeing an issue on the Plex app upon updating your device, and we'd like to learn more about this.
Could you tell us if this troubleshooting was mentioned here (How can resolving a channel playback issue) help fix the issue?
