Roku tv talks constantly.

My new Roku tv talks constantly I guess for vision impaired people. It tells you everything you are doing. For example, volume 10, volume 11, volume 12. It is extremely annoying and I want to disable but cannot find how anywhere

Welcome to the Roku Community. 

Roku streaming devices include a text-to-speech screen reader that helps users, particularly those with visual impairments or blindness, to navigate the Roku interface and on-screen menus.

The screen reader can be turned on or off by pressing the Star button on Roku remote on the Roku remote four times quickly.
