Roku tv restarts itself when pressing ok button

I have a 43” TCL TV. When I’m using my remote control, when I press the ok button, also when I use my Roku app as a remote, the tv restarts. I can use the arrows to navigate, I just can’t press ok. I’m using my remote control to get to the app I want to use, and I can press ok there and it works fine. I just can’t use the ok button. It’s very annoying. Please help
