Did it happen before or after an OS update? Also, what specific troubleshooting steps have you tried to resolve the problem at hand? Furthermore, will you provide the details below to delve deeper into this matter, such as...
- Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and OS version. (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
- Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button five times, followed by the Back button five times, and provide us with this ID)
- Photo of the error messages
- Wireless Speakers Model Number

We noticed it yesterday. We updated the Roku 3times since hoping it would fix the issue. The speakers are in pairing mode, light is flashing and voice is repeating instructions. Pictures below of everything you ask for.
