Roku Tv has a black line horizontal with green flashing

Help! , my tv was on and fine then the next moment it had a black line horizontally on the bottom half of the tv, and it keeps flashing green below that line ever 2-3 seconds. I bought this tv 1 year and 3 months ago

Do you have a Roku Branded TV or a Roku TV?

A Roku Branded TV is manufactured by Roku (Roku TV Select and Roku TV Plus), while a Roku TV is manufactured by a Roku Partner (TCL, Sharp, etc.).
