My TV started glitching. I called Roku and they wanted access to my banking information and Venmo information. Is this normal?

Please be advised that Roku will never ask for your payment information through its official support channels. They do not charge for creating an account or providing customer support, so if someone claiming to be from Roku support asks for your payment details, it is likely a scam, and you should not provide them.
