Roku TV remote issue - shuts off

I have a 70' roku tv n the remote wouldnt turn on unless i take the battery out for a mins then it work for like 10 mins then it just shut it self off what should i do help please anyone from roku company

Please contact your TV's manufacturer directly to report this issue and request additional support. Each Roku TV manufacturer provides direct support and warranty services for their products running the Roku OS.
