For clarification, are you experiencing this issue on a Roku TV or a Roku device connected to a TV? If it's a Roku TV, we would recommend performing a factory reset on the affected device and then try linking your existing Roku account once again.
- Press Home on your Roku remote
- Scroll and select Settings
- Select System
- Select Advanced system settings
- Select Factory reset
- If you have a Roku TV, select Factory reset everything. Otherwise, move to the next step.
- Follow the on-screen instructions
