We understand that you are encountering an issue with your Roku Streambar, and we would appreciate any clarification on whether this issue occurs across multiple channels or if it is limited to a specific channel.
In the meantime, we kindly suggest restarting your Roku devices by disconnecting their power cables. Alternatively, you can follow these steps on your TV: Navigate to Settings > System > System Restart. It can also be helpful to restart your internet router by unplugging it and then plugging it back in again.
