Okay so i recently got a onn. Roku TV from my parents just plugged it in and i had to do a software update, did the update, then it said i had to connect to wifi to continue the software update (i was connected to wifi) so i restart the tv and now its stuck on a grey screen with “onn. • Roku TV” in the top left corner of thr screen. I have unplugged it for 60 seconds numerous times and it still goes back to the same screen. I don’t know what to do at this point. Someone please help me.
