So I’m thinking about getting a roku tv, but I don’t have a roku streaming device, do I need one for the tv to work? Or will it work with something else?

To answer your question, Roku TVs has already the Roku streaming experience and OS built-in, no HDMI connection is needed. You will need a wireless internet connection and a Roku account to enjoy streaming content.
