Help... My onn tv keeps s changing channels and the remote won't work
Try re-pairing your remote to the TV, if you have a remote that is capable of that.
You might also want to reach out to Onn customer support directly and see if they can help as well.
Thanks for your help. I called the support center and they guided me to a master reset and the following morning the problem got solved.

Unfortunately, I don't know how to re-pair it. I'll try to reach customer support. Thank you
If this is an Onn RokuTV, take the batteries out of the remote. (leave them out).
Try using the Roku official mobile app as a remote for the RokuTV.

If the issue appears resolved when using the mobile app, then cuplrit is likely the remote. You can try giving it a good cleaning, wiggling buttons etc, popping it apart to clean contacts inside.
You can also get a replacement RokuTV remote from the Roku website for about $10 or upgrade to one of the Voice Remotes ($20-$30). https://www.roku.com/products/accessories
Can also get these remotes at Walmart, Target, Best Buy, etc.
The RokuTVs remotes generally do not get paired to the RokuTV unless it is a Voice Remote (it will have a little microphone on one of its buttons). A RokuTV remote is generally just IR-based so you just point it at the TV for it to work.
