OS 14.1 Update for Roku TV - Recovery Mode Issue

Hey everyone,

We are aware of an issue where some Roku devices are getting stuck in recovery mode. We believe the OS 14.1 update has addressed this issue, but it seems that some TVs aren't updating automatically.

If your TV hasn't updated yet, please send me a private message (PM) with your Device ID, and we can assist in pushing the update through.

  • Não estou conseguindo acessar o servidor Roku, sempre que envio o link e tento fazer o cadastro aparece na televisão o erro 001 informando que não obteve acesso ao servidor. O problema e que não aparece também.o modelo do hardware no televisor para tentar achar o software de correção .

  • My Roku tv  will not turn on! It is only 3 years old!!! I am so upset and disappointed, I can't just go out and buy a Samsung, for lack of money, ffs

     

  • I still don’t have the update yet for my Roku tv yet and it almost April, anyway I can get the update for my Roku tv ?

     

  • Have a streaming stick 4K and is in recovery mode needs to reinstall system, how to do it, nothing works

  • I'm new to the community, I was unaware of this option. I've tried everything but my device has been stuck in update mode for months now! It's so frustrating,it will randomly turn off during a show. I've factory reset it, I've updated it, it says it's all up to date. It's still doing it, I bought it a little over a year ago, so I'm past the warranty faze. I've paid a lot of money for this 50 inch, I really am just looking for help, I'm kind of desperate,I do not have the money for another new television. I do love Roku, it's just a bummer I can't even watch it at all anymore.
