No audio - constant manual reboots needed

I have a Streambar Pro connected to a Samsung TV through the HDMI-ARC input. I have a Tivo box connected to a different HDMI input, as well as a ps5.

As long as I don't switch inputs, I am fine.  However, when going from Tivo to PS5 the sound drops put completely and I have to unplug the Streambar and plug it back in to get it to work.

I essentially have to do this almost every time I switch inputs.  Help!

(Yes, ARC and CEC are enabled on my TV)

Yes we've switch it around.  It is every time the input changes, the Roku has to be unplugged and plugged back in.
