No TV for Weeks - Extremely Frustrated with Poor Support

The roku device on my samsung is over a year old. Several times this year the device stopped synching with the tv, the remote has no light, the tv does not turn on to reset it, unplugging everything for 24 worked....no more. I selected factory reset and now the tv screen is stuck, must be maually turned on, I see three objects telling me to first pull the tape from the batery area on the remote - there is none as the roku is a year old. How do we fix this? You community is of no help, I want to speak with a human being or I will replace you

And please do not tell me to reset the roku button 20-30 seconds. That does not work and nor does unplugging everyting for 24 hours
