No Airplay & HomeKit in UI Menu

Roku TV model: C226X

Hisense model: 43R6+

Software version 11.0.0 build 4193-94

I never see Airplay and HomeKit in the UI menu since I purchased my TV 2 years ago but I saw that Cxxxx is in the list of compatible models(https://support.roku.com/article/360057488733). I see Screen Mirroring in the menu but none of my Apple devices can pair my TV. It is funny because I have Roku App on my iPhone (iOS15.6.1) and I can use my phone as a remote to my TV. How can I use the Airplay function?

Thanks for the post.

Can you please provide us the following information:
-Roku device serial number and device ID
-steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing 
-screenshot of Airplay and Homekit missing in Settings

Once we have this information, we will be able to pass it along to the appropriate Roku team to investigate further.
