New trial looping during activation

Just got a new Roku ultra from clearance at staples ($19.xx) and got the normal new device 30 day trial email. I've grown tired of the services I have so figured I'd try a new one (AMC+). I setup my info, click submit, and it loops me back to what I want to trial. Look in my subscriptions and there are no new ones. Changed payment from cc to PayPal, same result. I'm signing up for the trials on my android, in both regular and desktop mode, and the same happens. Tried it on my laptop as well with the same loop.
