My shows don't fit within my TV screen anymore

Some how yesterday my shows don't fit my TV screen anymore.  I have looked everywhere to see if there is a setting function that was changed.  But you can't see the list on the left of the screen very well.  So you are looking for things blindly.   I NEED HELP!!!!!

I unplugged my Roku from the TV and unplugged the power.  Did not help.  I left for work this morning and unplugged everything again.  I'll check when I get home, but I'm not holding my breath.

Does anyone have any ideas what I can try?

    Before we proceed, it would be appreciated if you could provide us with further details about this such as follows:

    • What specific Roku device are you having this issue with? 
    • When did this start appearing? 
    • Could you provide us with a photo of it for reference? (How do I insert an image in a post)
    • If you are still able to check, what is the current running software version of your TV? It's under Settings > System > About.

    In the meantime, we suggest plugging your Roku device into a different HDMI port of your TV to see if this makes any difference. If the issue persists, plug it into another TV to check.

    We'll be looking forward to your response so that we can check this further and provide you with a swift resolution.
