My hisense-ruko tv is model no. 65r6070e. Cannot download latest ruko software. Says I need 4 numbers and letter for roku model. Tv is locked up so cannot look on screen. Cannot find a ruko model no. On tv or paperwork. This is very confusing. Anybody know my model no.?
