IUsed Roku tv not my email address so therefore I don’t have the pin to add more featuresol

I have a hitachi Roku tv I bought it used at a pawn shop my problem is there’s an email address not mine and I can not add more features to the tv because I don’t have the pin I don’t want to lose what has already been added to the tv I have a lot of great apps that are not of Roku I don’t know if they can be saved or is there a way to go around it without me losing what I have ? I’m not computer literate . Can anyone help me?

You have to create your own Roku account at https://my.roku.com, factory reset the TV, and then link the TV to your new account.  You should be able to add any apps that are on it now once you finish the setup.
