This is a bit unusual, but consider reinstalling the Alexa app. After you've reinstalled it, try to remove the Roku device again and see if that makes a difference. Also, ensure you have the latest version of the Alexa app installed. If you're using an Android device, be sure to clear the cache and app data for the app.
