Experiencing TCL Model 55R635 TV Video Lag

We have purchased a new TCL 55R635 tv and 2 Roku wireless speakers. We have found that there is a noticeable video lag while watching CBS live tv and videos recorded on our Breezeline (provider) TIVO DVR. It appears that all other networks and streaming channels are not an issue, only CBS! 

We have tried to make adjustments to our tv settings to correct this problem but have met with no success. PLEASE HELP...IT IS MOST ANNOYING TO WATCH CBS!

Thanks for the post.

Try removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more. 

Does this clear up the issue you are seeing? Please keep us posted what you find out.
