Netflix and Prime video do the same thing.
hardcrash the tv, still not fixed
factory reset does not fix the issue. removing and re-adding the channel does not fix the issue.

I have the same issue, the tv will randomly freeze. I have tried ALL of the suggested “fixes” multiple times, but it seems to just get worse and happen more frequently. It also doesn’t just happen with Netflix. It has literally happened on live tv, Disney+, prime, etc…
