Just added ROKU wireless speakers and they sound great. Unfortunately, I lost sound from my TV speakers along with sound from my Vizio sound bar through the optical input. To no success, I've tried 1) system restart, and 2) trying different inputs on my Vizio remote. Ideas or thoughts? Many thanks in advance for your help.

You’re absolutely right! Our Roku TVs, except the Roku Plus Series and Roku Pro Series, are designed to support one audio output only, which means they are not configured to work simultaneously with other audio sources. OK - looks like I can only play one audio output at a time - wireless speakers or sound bar via optical or TV speakers, but not any combo of these. I'll need to choose which output via Settings/Audio/Audio Output. Wish I could choose multiple outputs!

So, you're not even going to offer a work around such as purchasing a soundbar with outputs, purchasing an ARC Audio extractor with multiple outputs, etc. There are work arounds you know, why not offer them?

These limitations on connectivity with satellite speakers is disgusting. I like ROKU but you really screwed the pooch with these limitations. I purchased a Philips ROKU tv and am limited to 2 satellite speakers & this terminates any TV speakers & can't be use in conjunction with the soundbar unless I have a ROKU Plus tv?! Not sure I'll be purchasing any more ROKU products. Not a happy customer. Pass that along to the team.
