Unable to place order for new remote

Trying to order a remote and it keeps saying "can't ship to this address"

I've tried several addresses and it says the same thing

As a first step, we recommend clearing your cookies or cache, reloading the web browser, or using a different browser to access our Roku website. Do you have a computer you can access the website with?
