@Dssenziak For problems with a Roku TV, you have to contact the manufacturer of the TV. Roku themselves do not make the TVs, they only provide the operating software. I had a problem with an Insignia Roku TV. I returned it to Best Buy and exchanged it for a new one, and it's been working fine for 5+ years now. My other Roku TV (Sharp) is almost four years old, and it has always worked flawlessly. But again, the TV manufacturer is responsible for customer service on a Roku TV.
As to your other Roku devices, I'd need a bit more specific info about what they are or are not doing. "Goes out" doesn't say much. Do you see the dancing Roku logo on boot up? Do you get the home screen, but can't load a channel?

That is where i started. And again I am no further along in this process. No answers. I am beyond frustrated. My Roku TV just turns off and goes into eco mode for no reason and then the next day all my Rokus on all my other tvs goes out?????? And no one to talk to........l.
Understandable frustration - Roku's customer support is bad, to say the least (especially since they used California's draconian lockdown as a pretext for eliminating customer-initiated phone support and limit chat/email support only to customers with higher end models).
Regardless, you asked for live chat and email support "This forum would work if you had a live chat to talk to a technical support employees." the link+process I previously provided gets you that - you have to follow the steps after clicking on the link:
Roku - Contact customer support then choose setup/Roku TV/other/need more help? and you will be presented with a page giving you options for live chat and email contact.
It has been mentioned before, but you need to call the manufacture's support number or fill out the manufacture's support request form on the manufacture's support page. So, with the TV manufacturers you have 2 choices of email or call a support number. Please, note the manufacture's serial number is on the back of your TV. Another thing don't bother calling or emailing if your TVs are out of warranty. The warranty is a year from the time you purchased your product. I have only called Westinghouse once and it was a short hold. The Support Rep had an accent that I could understand, but the call quality was not as good as I hoped. The Rep was certainly using an IP phone, so you can go the route of emailing the manufacture instead of calling for support.
A Roku Ultra is not a tv no matter how many of you think it is.
The original poster says he has a Roku TV as well as other Roku devices. He never specifically stated who makes the TV, or what model Roku players he has. I don't think any post in this thread mentions an Ultra.
