What service are you referring to? Connecting to what? Everything was working on mine late last night.

What model number Roku do you have? Does it not see your WiFi or just won't connect? Are you saying your phone connects to your WiFi, or the Roku can connect to a phone hotspot?

Please provide more details: what model number of Roku? Is it a Voice Remote? Have you changed the batteries, and if so did you insert them correctly? Some remotes require both batteries inserted the same direction, while others have one going up and the other down. My Voice Remote on my Premiere wasn't working, and I discovered my grandson had removed the batteries and inserted the wrong. Worked fine after I put them back correctly. 

If it's a basic IR remote, is anything blocking the path between the Roku and remote? Remember that IR signals require a clear line of sight between the remote and the Roku. Nothing can be in between them.

Hi Dan, this is very distressing! 

So when the service incident occurred, both remotes stopped working.  When restarted, both t.v.s were "frozen" at the Home page (with the various channel tiles) and remotes failed to work. 

All the troubleshooting has been done.  On both machines (Voice Remote) there are fresh batteries, in the right direction.  They are in the exact same spot they've been in for years (unobstructed)

I have unplugged, removed the batteries, re-plugged - neither remote works on either t.v..   When I try to "pair" it - nothing happens.  Neither of my tv have worked since last evening!
