Am I the only one who can’t change the language setting here? The settings are offering only English US for option. Also, why is this tv not offering more French channels? Why is this tv sold in Quebec if almost no content is offered in French?

Please be aware that the Roku Community only supports the English language. Can you please clarify the issue you are experiencing? Are you having issues with accessing the settings in the Roku Community?

Please be aware that channel availability/access on Roku devices will vary from region to region. A Roku device will work in any location, however, channels may not be available on your device in that location, based on each channel provider's discretion. For more information, you'd want to contact any specific channel/service provider to inquire further about whether they offer their channel/service on the Roku platform in your region.

@Mpjf Except for The Roku Channel, Roku themselves do not provide the content you can access on Roku devices. It's not up to them to provide content in French. I don't think you can search the Roku channel store for French content specifically, as the search function only searches the channel name.

When I searched for French, it only returned a handful of channels that appeared more for learning the French language. When I searched for France, it did return nine channels that appear to contain French content. However, be aware that I'm in the US, and the channel store only shows me channels that are available here. It's entirely possible you might have channels available that I can't see from here.
