I cannot navigate through my channels on the Home Screen using my remote

I cannot navigate to the channels I want on my Home Screen. I noticed that other people were having the same problem. I tried the suggestions that seem to work for others, but it did not work for me. I tried rebooting, resetting, and going to settings/home screen/all things food. I do not have an option that says, "all things food", so that did not work for me. Help!

May want to try a Factory Reset on the Roku device.  Press and hold in Reset button for 30+ seconds.

A bit annoying to have to set up again, but looks like you tried the other recommendations already.  (just use same email address you did before when you first set up device).

Make sure nothing is blocking the remote receiver spot on the TV or ROKU device. Point the remote directly at it and try getting very close to it.

If your remote is not working, but the TV and ROKU seem ok, take the batteries out of your remote, wait a few seconds, then put them back in. I think your remote will work then.

If it still doesn't work, make sure both the batteries are still good.

If that doesn't work, see if you can use a different ROKU remote (Known to be working) and try that.

If you are still having problems it maybe something with the TV and the manufacturer's support might be able to help.

First, try the suggestion mentioned by @nielsencl, and then pair your remote back to your Roku device. For detailed instructions, check out the Roku support article. This article also covers the troubleshooting steps suggested by @AvsGunnar, including how to perform a factory reset on your device. After completing these steps, be sure to pair your Roku voice remote. If you're using a standard remote, consider changing the batteries.
