You can start here, but before you spend time contacting Roku support, do this first. Log into your Roku user account and look at the Subscriptions info. If you have something there, it can be changed/cancelled there. Also check the billing history for past charges.
If you don't find any subscriptions matching what you were billed, then you were not being charged by Roku, but your CC info has been stolen and they are using your information to steal from you. It doesn't matter if the statement says Roku, as that's a simple text field that they can enter whatever they like. If this is the case, you need to immediately dispute the CC charges, cancel your card and ask them to issue you a new card with a new number.
