Charge not authorized on my account

I got charged for a Roku for CBS interactive that I did not authorize. I have a pin on my account prohibiting all purchases, however I was on a separate credit not affiliated with roku. How does this even happen. I need a refund and I need information on how to get this done!!!!

I see you have an unrecognized charge from CBS Interactive on your account. Our Accounts and Billing Team is trained to address this kind of issue. Select Accounts, Payments, and Subscriptions to chat or call a live representative for help.
