xfinity Stream won't play. error code TVAPP-00101

I can't access xfinity Stream. A message comes up. "Welcome! This device can only access Xfinity Stream on your in-homeXfinity WiFi. I don't have xfinity WiFi. The roku stick is 3820x-4k. This is the first time this happened. I don't know if this is an xfinity or roku problem.

It's an Xfinity problem.  Do you have Comcast/Xfinity service?  Try restarting all of your network equipment - gateway/modem/router.  Unplug the power for a few seconds from everything (including your Roku device) and then plug them back in waiting a few minutes before you plug the Roku back in.
