unable to select original language while watching on Prime

Hi there,

I recently got Roku and I'm loving it!

I came across an issue which I'm not sure how to resolve.

I'm trying to watch a Korean drama on Prime. When I try to play it is dubbed. I managed to add english subtitles but I can't figure out how to change the audio to the original Korean language. It's not on the list that I can choose from which is odd.

I've managed to do it easily when I'm watching Prime on my laptop so I just assumed that if I fixed the settings there they would be reflected when I watch Prime on Roku. I have no problem watching programs in the original language on Netflix or DisneyPlus so this is only to do with Prime.

Would appreciate any guidance that anyone can offer!

With thanks...

    Camelia-

It is possible that the Prime developers did not include this feature with their channel/app that they developed for Roku. (Sometimes an app will behave differently on different devices or different streaming platforms).

If you post the title of the Korean drama, can look at it a bit more closely. (Agree that a Korean drama missing its original Korean track is odd).

Otherwise, the general way to select the audio in the Prime app on your Roku is..

    1. Start playing the video.

    2. Press the down arrow twice to get down to the options. (Start Over, Next Episode, Subtitles CC, Audio Options).  If you press Pause first, you will need to arrow down 3x.

    3. Arrow over to the right to select Audio Options, then press OK.

    4. Select Audio Languages, then press OK.

    5. Scroll down the list to find your preferred Audio track.
