the roku channel its not playing movies or series

whenever i try to see anything from the roku channel it does not play anything i press play and the hud disappears and it can only be seen the background of the movie i try to see but nothing happens until i press next every service works but the roku channel its the one that does not play anything

    Firstly, may we know if The Roku Channel the only app affected by this? Also, is this only happening on on-demand shows or is Live TV affected by this as well? 

    In the meantime, kindly follow the steps precisely below to help you troubleshoot:

    1. Remove the channel: navigate to your Home screen, move to the right, highlight the app, press Star*, then select Remove channel
    2. Perform a system reboot: navigate to your Home, select Settings > System > Power (skip if unavailable) > System restart
    3. Re-install the channel: navigate to your Home, scroll and select Store, look for the app, then press Add channel

      hi, i already tried deleting and restarting to install the app again and again, but still same problem and my account is from my country, btw
