paramount+ cant get off "the get started screen"

hi i just got my subscription paid and now i can't seem to get past the get started screen. i have signed in only choices I have is "get started," "sign out," and "watch free episodes" can anyone please help me thanks

Have  you tried signing out, then signing back in with the credentials you established for your subscription?

And you're sure you are logging in with the credentials you established with Paramount+, not the ones for your Roku account (if they aren't the same)?

We'll need a backup from the channel team about this. We would suggest reporting this case to them for further assistance. Most of the channels on Roku are handled and managed directly by the channel team.
