disney+ can't download and run at all from my location

Hi,
I am living in Israel and with this product I can't download disney+
and I sure disney+ is working in my country.

Your location is not an officially supported location for Roku. Also, Disney is solely in control of where their channel is available on Roku devices. Since Roku isn't supported in Israel, it's unlikely Disney will allow their channel to be available there. 

It's not anything Roku can change. You would have to contact Disney and request them to offer their channel in your location. It doesn't matter if Disney+ is available in Israel on other devices. Disney has to make it available on Roku devices there, and only Disney has control of that.
