I am trying to click the icon of YouTube and Netflix but it doesn’t take me inside these channels. I have been watching these channels for the last 3 years and never seen this problem. I use roku remote app through my mobile phone and I don’t have other remote. I don’t think this is may be the problem.
Are you able to open other channels on your Roku with your mobile app remote? Have you tried removing the channels, restarting your Roku device, then adding the channels back again to see if you are still seeing the issue occur?
