Hello. I have 4 roku units on my TV's to use YouTube TV. I can't get the live guide to show up on any of them or access my recordings. I've tried talking with YouTube TV and get no where. This is what I've done so far:
Uninstalled reinstalled app on roku
unplugged roku plugged back in
unplugged modem plugged back in
unplugged and reset router. ( I also bought a new router on Saturday but this issue was happening before)
I'm assuming it's a roku issue as I can watch on my phone and laptop with no issues. Anyone have anything else to try?
When uninstalling/reinstalling, did you restart the Roku BEFORE reinstalling? This assures the original installation is completely removed from memory before the new installation is put in place.
