YouTube TV app not available

We just purchased a new Roku tv and it does not give us an option to install YouTube TV.  It allows YouTube only.   Our other Roku tv that is older does not have this problem.   Is it possible to install with new software or do we need to return this TV?

Did you (inadvertently) create a new Roku account when you set up your new TV?  Check the email addresses that show under Settings->System->About on each device.  If you linked the new TV to the old account it should have installed the same channels/apps that you had on the other device.  If you created a new account YoutubeTV won't be available as a stand-alone channel/app, but you can still access it in the regular Youtube channel/app.
