For more information about that channel's account authentication functionality, It's best to reach out directly to get the channel going on your Roku. They can resolve the error you are having with the channel login. Please be noted that Roku doesn't manage channel logins or authentication and many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.

Did anyone find a fix for this? Both of my Roku's are not connecting xfinity app. One is the TLC Tv Roku an the other is model 4660X2. This issue started this morning.

So when I asked if a solution has been found I was told to follow @RokuMaryF. Well that does not help me. I have followed all the steps as stated before I even asked for more help.
You need to read this thread and find out what Marry said.
I use the Xfinity app daily and never have any issues and if I did have an issue, I would contact Xfinity.
Since using the Roku, I have never had any issues with the Xfinity app until today. And the issue happen on two separate devices.
I will check with xfinity.

As stated previously, if you are still experiencing an issue with accessing the channel, you'll want to contact the channel provider support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.

It has been a week now and I still can't use my xfinity app on both devices. Still doing the sign in death loop. I have spent 6 (yes 6) hours with xfinity trying to fix this issue. Yesterday I was online for 3 hours with xfinity rep. I am waiting for a phone call to start troubleshooting again with xfinity. Just wanted to update you all on what iam currently dealing with.
So not sure what happen. Went and reset (again) the TLC Roku TV this morning and low and behold the logon went through! Had to leave for DR appt so I will try and sign on upstairs on my 4660x2 to see if it will go through as well. Will keep you all updated.
