Re: Xfinity X1 App lost. It was on the App menu before, but now is gone.

Hi! @rjmman,

A warm welcome from the Roku Community!

Thanks for reaching out to us regarding your Xfinity X1 app loss. You can try to search for the channel in the search option and add it again.

Adding apps from your Roku device:

  1. Press Home on your Roku remote.
  2. Scroll and select Store."
  3. Select Channels, then browse by genre, recommended, featured, top free, and other categories.
  4. When you want to learn more about an app, press OK on your remote.
  5. If the app is free, select Add channel; if the app requires a subscription, select OK to start a free trial or purchase a subscription.

The app will be added to the bottom of the list of apps on the home screen. If you prefer, the app can be moved higher up the list.

At times, our content providers may choose to remove their channel from our platform at their own request. In other cases, a channel may be removed by us if it violates our terms and conditions or is no longer supported. For more information, we recommend that you reach out to the channel developer directly. The Roku Channel Store offers thousands of channels with a wide variety of content. To find similar content, you can look through the selection of featured, recommended, or top free channels or browse channels available in various categories.

For additional information, please view this FAQ from our Customer Help Center: Why is a channel no longer available on my Roku® streaming device?"

Please feel free to let us know if you need any additional assistance!

Thanks,

Arjiemar
