I’ve been trying to watch the movie “The Honeymooners” with Cedric the Entertainer… when playing it, it’s not the same movie at all. It’s been like this for a while. I see there’s plenty issues like this…when does it get fixed?

We have included many updates and fixes in our latest 10.0 software release that we believe should resolve this issue.
Please perform a system update by going to Settings > System > System Update and verify if this issue is now resolved under OS 10.0.

@RokuMary-F This particular content issue has been a problem for several months (see previous threads).
Please follow up with the content engineers instead of asking users to check for updates (this is a server-side content management problem/solution).
