Hi @dewood57,

Greetings from the Roku Community!

We understand that you have a playback issue with a channel. Can you please give us more information about the issue you're referring to? When did the issue occur? In addition, what have you done so far to reproduce the issue?

With more details, we'll be able to assist you better.

All the best,

Chel

Re: Wrong Movie - The Hunt (2020)(description is correct but not the right movie playing)

On the "Roku Channel" the movie "The Hunt (2020)"with the following correct synopsis (Twelve strangers wake up in a clearing. They don't know where they are—or how they got there. In the shadow of a dark internet conspiracy theory, ruthless elitists gather at a remote location to hunt humans for sport. But their master plan is about to be derailed when one of the hunted turns the tables on her pursuers) is not the correct movie when played. The incorrect movie which plays is similar but not the one described which I have seen before. I have attempted many times with the same incorrect movie playing. Please research and advise. Thanks

Re: Wrong Movie - The Hunt (2020)(description is correct but not the right movie playing)

Hi @dewood57,

Thanks for raising this to the Roku Community!

We appreciate you for bringing this to our attention. This is actually a good catch! No worries, we'd be more than willing to forward this to the appropriate Roku team for further investigation and immediate correction.

Kindly provide us with the following details for us to raise this with our team properly:

  1. Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and OS version. (this can all be found in Settings > System > About)
  2. What version/build is the app/channel? (this can be found by highlighting the channel/app on the Home screen and pressing the Star* button)
  3. Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button five times, followed by the Back button five times, and provide us with this ID)

We look forward to your response as we are committed to finding a solution to your concerns.

Thanks,
Carly
