Hi I’m having the same issue. For me the issue is happening when trying to use BET+ stand alone. It’s just the BET+ app, as far as I know. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting steps listed. The error message I keep getting say “BET+ not available. Please try again” but it’s working I’m from my phone.
