Why is Roku buffering constantly when download speeds are 200+; TV is TCL bought in 2021

ROKU is constantly buffering during programs (except never during ads!) when download speeds are 200+. This is extremely annoying. Why is it happening? This is fairly recent. TV is not even 2 years old.

Probably an issue with the Roku servers or the TV manufacturer servers (assuming you have a TCL RokuTV). You’d need to contact TCL support here: https://support.tcl.com/contact-us
