Why are the available channels so random?

How is it that my Roku TV supports the Paramount app and not the Apple TV app?  Apple TV began in November of 2019, and Paramount Plus did not begin until March 2021?  Why should I have to buy a new tv just because you guys can't work together properly to get one individual streaming channel to actually work on all of your devices, when channels like Netflix and Disney Plus and Prime Video and Peacock and Hulu........... all manage to get their acts together???

I would like to be able to have apple tv channel on my roku 4 but apparently it's not available (but is on every other roku). I would like to complain to apple about this, but it's hard to find a place to do that.
