Actually if you travel abroad, you will find that many countries offer commercials in multiple languages. And why not? Advertisers pay to reach whatever customers they can find, in whatever languages they speak.
Also, the United States does not have a national language by design; though English is most common. Many native-born Americans speak language other than or in addition to English. The Pennsylvania Dutch speak a German dialect, the Cajuns in Louisiana speak French. And Spanish is common all over the USA, but especially in the Southwest, Puerto Rico, Florida, and Northeast. And that's just a few examples.
Yes I understand that but this comes on my regular English speaking channel with no options and no sub under it in English.
