I have paid for up faith and family and is on auto renewal for December 27 but when I click on it it wants to start a subscription!  Why

There's two ways to watch Up Faith and Family.  One is through its standalone app and the other is through "The Roku Channel" app.  If one doesn't work, try the other.

We understand the issue you have encountered with the Up Faith and Family, and we're here to assist. As advised by @renojim in this thread, there are two ways to access the Up Faith and Family content which are through the stand-alone app or through The Roku Channel. 

If you have a subscription through Roku, you can only access the Up Faith and Family app through The Roku Channel and not with the stand-alone app.
