Unable to watch content I was able to watch before?

Tried to watch my favorite content creator "The Salty Cracker" last night and it was being blocked by your platform. I've been using the Roku platform so long I don't even remember what the original hardware looked like. I started using Roku because I was fed up with the high prices and the limited content from cable TV. Please don't let us down.

What causes you to think this content is "blocked" instead of just running into a problem in delivery?

Roku only blocks channels and developers that are violating the law by streaming content they don't have the legal authority to offer. The channel you mention is in the Roku channel store, so it's not being restricted by Roku. Sounds more like the provider is having issues.

Does the channel appear in the channel store? Is it still in your channel list? If you can install the channel then it's not being blocked.

If you tried to watch on Rumble, the reason you couldn't watch it is because Salty Cracker streamed it on his wrong Rumble Channel.  (Rumbles provides 2 channels for creators to use and he accidently streamed it to the wrong one but didn't know how to reset it so he continued on with show.  That's also why his own website wasn't streaming it - the site is linked to the primary channel.

From the Rumble Search, look for "Salty Cracker" under Channels, not videos, and install the second channel (one w/4k subs, primary is 83k).  His Livestream from last night is currently listed on the secondary and will likely be copied to primary eventually).

If you run into problems streaming these content creators, you really need to just check the other platforms they are on (bit-chute, odysee, their own website, and even YouTube. (He did entire Livestream on YouTube because of his rumble mistake, but then immediately removed it as is his practice.

Sometimes these things really are just mistakes and coincidences, and not outright conspiracies/censorship.

Edit...just an FYi, the Salty Cracker Channel available as install through Roku is developed by caffeinatedcoder and is an aggregation of Salty's content from the different platforms, but does not do live streaming.  You can however, access the Livestream once it has been uploaded to the platforms by Salty Cracker.
